1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup fine dry white bread crumbs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup) |
1 large egg |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Shape mixture into twenty 1 half inch meatballs. 4. Place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 or on a rack in broiler pan. 5. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juice is clear. |
