Meatballs that my kids LOVE. Super easy to make :) Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean beef |
1 lb italian pork sausage |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
salt |
pepper |
parsley |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated |
1 cup plain breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it. Press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water. sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs. Fold mixture together. 2. Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook. The longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce. |
