Real homemade meatballs.... Always a crowd pleaser. These are great to make when company is coming over and if they aren't coming over this recipe makes enough to freeze!!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 lb italian sausage, hot |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tablespoons italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredents in a large bowl and get ready to get messy! 2. Take off your rings and begin mixing with your hands. 3. Becareful to stop as soon as your ingredents are just combined. 4. Form golf sized balls and place them on a jelly roll sheet. 5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until a nice crust forms. 6. Remove from pan right away to get the meatball out of the drippings. 7. Serve over pasta with marinara sauce. |
