Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 lb sausage (or venison) |
2 cups italian breadcrumbs |
4 eggs |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup oil |
2 cloves garlic, diced |
2 teaspoons parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. 2. Put on baking sheet and bake at 325 for 30 minutes or less until done you will know. 3. Add to your favorite sauce. |
