The first thing I ever made by myself from scratch is still one of my favorite comfort foods. Ingredients:
3 slices bread |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 lb hamburger |
flour |
1 (10 ounce) can onion soup |
Directions:
1. Soften the bread in milk, add the egg and the meat, mix together. 2. Form ping pong sized balls and roll in flour. 3. Put meatballs in a greased pan; pour soup over top. 4. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 45 minutes. 5. Serve with macaroni and cheese. |
