My very good friend Connie brought these to my house when my husband's grandmother passed away & they were a hit!!! I had to get the recipe to make for future get togethers! So, we'll be having them at our Fourth of July cookout. Yummy!!!!!!! Servings are obviously approximate!!! Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs |
2 cups quick oats |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 small onion, diced |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 cups ketchup |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Meatballs:. 2. Mix all ingredients& form into balls. 3. Place into 13x9 pan. 4. Mix ingredients for sauce& pour over meatballs. 5. Bake uncovered 1 hour in 350 degree oven. 6. Try to drain grease, then spoon sauce over meatballs. |
