This is really good on a cold winter night. Ingredients:
1 lb ground round |
1/4 teaspoon garlic |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 can beef broth |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. 2. Make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball). 3. In skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil. 4. Pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes. 5. Thicken with cornstarch and water. 6. Serve over buttered noodles. 7. Enjoy! |
