Ingredients:
12 ounce(s) bag of egg noodles |
4 ounce(s) can of sliced mushrooms |
1 tablespoon(s) flour |
1.5 pound(s) ground beef |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 can(s) onion soup |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
3/4 cup(s) quick oats |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) sour cream |
2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste |
1 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Combine beef, oats, salt, pepper and milk. Shape into balls and brown in skillet. 2. Combine soup, water, mushrooms, with liquid and tomato paste. Pour over meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Combine flour w 2 Tablespoons water. Add to sauce and simmer until thick. Remove from heat and add sour right before serving. 4. Serve over egg noodles. |
