Quick and delicious meal made in crock pot. Ingredients:
24 frozen meatballs |
2 (8 ounce) cans beef broth |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato soup |
16 ounces frozen peas |
16 ounces frozen crinkle cut carrots |
Directions:
1. Put all into crock pot, stir once and cook on low setting while at work. Great served with bread or rolls. 2. We like a lot of peas and carrots, but you can cut the amount down to half, and also cut meatball amount in half. |
