Meatball Soup in Crockpot |

Make it faster on top of the stove, or have it cook all day in a crockpot. Try trimming the fat by substituting gorund turkey for the round beef, or add more flavor by substituting goround pork or Bulk Italian Sausage. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, rolled into small meatballs |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
3 cups hot water |
15 ounces tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce |
2 large carrots, sliced |
3 celery ribs, sliced |
1 cup macaroni, uncooked |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingedients except macaroni and cheese in 4 qt slow cooker. 2. Cook on low 6-8 hours. 3. Add Macaroni and cook another 20 min or until Macaroni is done. 4. Add Cheese and serve. |
