Meatball Pineapple Hoagies |

I copied this recipe out of a current Better Homes & Gardens magazine and thought it sounded good. Ingredients:
1 sweet onion, halved and sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb frozen cooked meatballs, thawed |
1 cup peeled cored fresh pineapple, cored |
1 cup desired chutney |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
4 hoagie rolls |
Directions:
1. Cook onion in oil for approximately 8 min, stir in meatballs, pineapple, chutney and red pepper. 2. Cook all until heated. 3. Serve in hoagie buns. |
