This bake is very filling. We used freshly grated cheddar cheese. Ingredients:
250 g pasta (i.e. penne or 250 g elbow macaroni) |
1 (400 g) can meatballs in tomato sauce |
1 (250 g) can sweetcorn |
125 g cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 220°C. 2. Cook Pasta al dente. Set aside. 3. Heat Meatballs together with Sweetcorn until bubbling. 4. In a bakingtray, place Pasta, top with Meatball and Sweetcorn Mixture. 5. Sprinkle with Cheese. 6. Bake f. ca. 15-20 minutes. 7. Enjoy! |
