This easy to do casserole is surprisingly tasty! Cooking time includes 10 minutes for browning meatballs. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 egg |
8 ounces egg noodles |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Mix ground beef and 1 egg. 3. Make into small meatballs. 4. Brown meatballs on all sides. 5. Cook noodles by package directions; drain. 6. Mix meatballs, noodles and soup in a casserole dish. 7. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. |
