This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house. Ingredients:
1 lb minced ham |
1 lb ground pork |
2 eggs, well beaten |
1 cup milk |
2 cups breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed) |
3/4 cup white vinegar |
3/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1 meatballs. 2. Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs. 3. Bake at 325 F. 4. for 1 hour. 5. Baste frequently. |
