Meat Stir Fry - Vegetarian Style

We created this concoction out of a family stir fry recipe, but made it vegan friendly...So when family comes to eat, they can have it, and everyone loves it :)
Ingredients:
1 (200 g) package soy crumbles
375 g plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons favorite seasoning
Directions:
1. Put soy balls in a container.
2. Add water to cover soy balls.
3. Add 1 spoon of seasoning and mix. Let soak for 2 hours.
4. Pour off all the access water from the soy balls.
5. In lightly greased frying add soy balls, crushed or chopped garlic and yogurt.
6. Fry until most sauce evaporates.
7. Throw your favorite veggies in to make it a complete meal and fry for a few more minutes.
