meat soup with vegetables. NB, I use unsalted beef stock so sodium level will be around 200 mg, not 800mg Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
4 onions |
8 cups beefstock, unsalted/low sodium |
5 potatoes |
250 gram shredded carrots |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 tbs tabasco |
Directions:
1. brown the meat with the onions, 2. add the beef stock, and the peeled and cubed potatoes and the shredded carrots. 3. bring to a simmer, let simemr for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. |
