Meat Shreds With Green Beans |

Weight Watchers International 1977. You can use shredded pork or beef in this recipe. Ingredients:
4 cups green beans, cut into 2 inch diagonal pieces |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 lb beef, cooked shredded |
1 cup chicken stock |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon sherry wine |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Drop beans in boiling water; cook until beans are bright green. 2. In wok stir fry beans with garlic. 3. Add beef; cook for 3 minutes. 4. Add chicken stock mixed with cornstarch. 5. Add sherry wine and soy sauce. 6. Stir until thick. |
