Meat Pie With Catsup Biscuits  |

                    From the kitchen of Lora Cupp Vandegrift, Moberly MO. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb hamburger  |  
                                                2 tablespoons drippings  |  
                                                1/2 cup onion, chopped  |  
                                                1 cup canned tomato  |  
                                                1 cup tomato sauce  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                1 (15 ounce) can lima beans  |  
                                                2 tablespoons margarine  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Brown meat in drippings; add onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. 2. Drain lima beans and heat with margarine. 3. Fold the two mixtures together and pour into a greased casserole. 4. Make small amount of biscuit dough and roll out into a square 1/4  thick. Spread from center to edge with catsup and roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1  slices and place over meat mixture. 5. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done. 6. SHORTCUT: Use canned buttermilk biscuits; press together and spread with catsup; roll and slice as above.                              |
