My friend, Janet, gave me this recipe when I first got married. This is good for all types of meat and vegetables, too. It's my go-to marinade recipe. Ingredients:
3/4 cup cooking oil |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat or veggies and let sit for a few hours or overnight. |
