Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 pounds beef, ground, 90% lean meat
21 grams croutons
1 onion
8 oz tomato sauce
8 oz water
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tbsp parsley
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a glass oven pan. Bake at 425 for one hour or until done.
