Recipe from M. Schoenknecht. Leftover can be frozen. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground round |
2/3 cup cracker crumb |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
onion, diced |
salt |
pepper |
1 cup milk |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 cup catsup |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients for meat loaf. Place in bread pan. 2. Cover meat with topping. Bake for 45 minutes. |
