Meat Fondue Sauces
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon catsup
1 teaspoon brandy
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 dill pickles, chopped
3/8 teaspoon dill weed
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. Add water and heat to boiling.
3. Add past of soy sauce and cornstarch and cook til thick and clear.
4. Serve warm.
5. Auroe Sauce:Combine ingredients and refrigerate til serving.
6. Dill Sauce:Combine ingredients.
7. Refrigerate til serving.
