this is very filling,can be made for breakfast or brunch Ingredients:
filling:500g steak,cubed |
3 medium potatoes,cubed |
1 tspn crushed green chillies |
1 tspn salt |
1/2 tspn pepper |
buns:4 cups flour |
1/2 tspn salt |
2 tspn sugar |
1 pkt dry yeast |
125g marg |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. filling:add chillies,salt and pepper to steak,cook till tender 2. add potatoes 3. when cooled add 2 tblspn mayo. and 1 tblspn ketchup 4. buns:heat butter,water and milk 5. sift flour,salt,sugar and yeast 6. add egg to wet mixture 7. make soft dough with mixture 8. leave to double 9. knead 10. make 30 balls 11. flatten on palm,put tblspn filling and close 12. leave to rise for 10 min 13. brush with and sprinkle sesame seeds 14. bake at 180 degrees for 10 min |
