crock pot recipe Ingredients:
500 g ground beef |
500 g ground veal |
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs |
2 eggs |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp ground pepper |
1 tsp parsley flakes |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl 2. roll into 1.5 inch balls 3. brown in a skillet over high heat, then place in crock pot with beef stock or canned mushroom gravy 4. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. |
