Meat and Sauerkraut Bake

Ingredients:
4 cups sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
2 red apples, cored and sliced thin
1/4 cup raisins
6 small smoked pork chops
1 lb knockwurst (6 pieces)
Directions:
1. Mix sauerkraut, brown sugar, salt, pepper, pineapple, apples and raisins.
2. Layer with pork chops and knockwurst in a 5 qt. dutch oven.
3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours.
