5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. A full meal in a muffin cup. Add a green vegetable and you're set!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
1 cup cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce or 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon onion salt (pepper is optional) or 1 teaspoon pepper (pepper is optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything together. Put approximately 1/3 cup of the mixture in a 12 muffin tin. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes and remove the tin from the oven. Cool for 5 minutes, remove the muffins, add a salad or green vegetable and eat. We love these.
