This recipe makes the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, ever! Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1 cup packed light brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups quick-cooking oats |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. 2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then, stir in vanilla. 3. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until blended. 4. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips. 5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake for 14 minutes in preheated oven. 7. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. |
