Meagan's Meatloaf

This is different from our mom's meatloaf. I added a little more flavor, left out bread crumbs, and ended up with a dish our whole family enjoys. Hope you do, too!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 cup organic spaghetti sauce (you can use more, depending on desired flavor)
1/4 cup all natural barbecue sauce (i get mine from trader joe's)
2 tablespoons italian spices (use what's in your cupboard, like basil, oregano, pepper, etc.)
1 egg, for binding
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT the egg
3. Mix just enough to incorporate (it's ok to use your hands! Try not to over mix).
4. Add in egg, and mix into meat mixture (binding everything together).
5. In an 8x8 glass dish, add meat and make level.
6. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes (or until center is cooked through).
7. Remove from oven and drain liquid.
8. Cut up and serve with drizzled BBQ sauce over the top.
9. Enjoy!
