Chicken, cucumber, greek olives, yogurt sauce wrap Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber |
1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
1/4 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 tablespoon white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/16 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1 1/2 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1/4 tablespoon light italian dressing |
1 tortillas |
1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce |
1/4 medium tomato, chopped |
1/16 cup sliced red onion |
2 tbs crumbled feta cheese |
1 kalamata or black olive, pitted and sliced |

1. * 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt 2. * 1 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber 3. * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 4. * 1 tablespoon lemon juice 5. * 1 tablespoon white vinegar 6. * 2 teaspoons minced garlic 7. * 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 8.
