                    This is a Georgian recipe (country, not the state). Use coarse ground cornmeal, look for stone-ground. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup cornmeal  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                3/4 cup water  |  
                                                oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix the cornmeal, salt and water to form a dry dough. Split into six balls. Flatten balls to 1/4 inch. Fry in a frypan until golden on each side.                              |
