McCormick's recipe booklet Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/2 teaspoon season-all salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 egg white |
1 cup cashews |
1 cup almonds |
1 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250. 2. Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, season-all, nutmeg and pepper in medium bowl; set aside. 3. Beat egg white until foamy. 4. Add nuts, tossing to coat. 5. Add spice mixture, toss to coat nuts evenly. 6. Spread nuts on greased baking sheet in a single layer. 7. Bake 1 hour, stirring once. 8. Cool slightly and break apart. 9. Cool completely and store in airtight container up to 2 weeks. |
