Its a cheap and very east mcdonalds substitute, but much much tastier. (try this a few times cause when you get the timing right it will make you wanna wake up after a night out with a hangover) Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 muffin |
bacon |
sausage |
cheese slice |
tomatoes |
1 toaster waffle |
Directions:
1. grill 2 cherry or one regular tomato 2. fry one piece of bacon till very crispy 3. fry one sausage 4. toast muffin 5. fry on egg for about 1 and a half mins (make sure its still very runny) 6. toast the waffle 7. take the waffle and crumble it in your hands until the consistency of breadbrumbs (i find some waffles dont want to crumble, so i dice up with a knife and then crumble up with a wooden spoon, it works wonders) 8. toast the muffin 9. while the egg is still in the pan add crumbles bacon on top 10. finally add the eggy bacon-ness to the muffin (the egg should be over-easy no runny white, but the yolk whould be runny) 11. now add the sausage 12. now add the tomatoes 13. add the waffle crumbs 14. then top with a humble cheese slice (if you want microwave for 15 secs to melt the cheese) 15. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! enjoy people :) xxx |
