I'm not sure where my mom picked up this recipe, but it's one of her favorites... enjoy! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. whisk together all ingredients except the oils - 2. slowly add oils in a thin stream while stirring wine/mustard mixture. 3. store in an airtight container. |
