This is a great dish to take for a family gathering, church potluck or just having it at home! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb wide egg noodles, cooked and drained |
1 large onion, chopped |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
1 -2 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 lb mushroom, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 (12 ounce) can corn, undrained |
10 1/2 ounces condensed tomato soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown the beef and drain the fat.In a 9x13 baking add the cooked noodles and ground beef; set aside. 2. In the same skillet sauté the onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms in the butter until onion is tender. Add this mixture to the noodles and beef. Stir in the corn, tomato soup, milk, salt and pepper until well mixed. 3. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar Cheese on top. Bake uncovered in a perheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serve. |
