My friend Kym made this up and it's TASTY, if you like blue cheese. Utensils? Nope, you use the chips as a scoop - messy and tasty! Ingredients:
romaine lettuce- torn |
bleu cheese dressing watered down a bit with milk |
toasted slivererd almonds |
shredded cheddar cheese |
bleu cheese chunks |
craisins |
shredded chicken leftover from something else. |
salt and cracked pepper to taste |
corn tortilla's (4) ' prefer la tapitia corn tortillas (the most tasty corn flavor..mmmmm) |
Directions:
1. Assemble Salad, season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. For Tortilla Scoops - put corn tortillas in microwave until crispy or until it starts to turn brown - 1-2 min on high. Let sit for a minute to become crisp, and use as a salad scoop. |
