This is a recipie from The Silver Palate Cookbook that is fantastic on cold asparagus. Try it as a dip with your favorite raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.The anchovy paste & capers are great together! 15 min. prep time includes cleaning food processor! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon capers, drained |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon anchovy paste |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 large pinch oregano |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth. 2. Stir in additional capers to taste. |
