Not sure where this is from but I use it quite often. Ingredients:
2 egg yolks |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2-1 cup olive oil or 1/2-1 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. With a hand stick blender, blend first 6 ingredients in the tall thin container. Slowly add the oil to form the mayonnaise. |
