Mayonnaise-Free Improvised Tuna Salad

I developed this mix when I began draining tuna only to realize that I had no mayonnaise. I encourage others to improvise with my recipe.
Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 green onions
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Drain tuna.
2. Slice green onions.
3. Mix it all together.
4. Serve as is, or on a melt.
5. Add 2 eggs and 1 cup breadcrumbs to pan fry burgers or tuna cakes.
