This was my Mums mayonnaise that we always had on our salads! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2-1 teaspoon dry mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together with a whisk. 2. Place into saucepan and heat, stirring at all times, until boils. |
