A great chicken salad without using mayo. Dream come true! Ingredients:
6 ounces shredded chicken |
1/3 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup sliced almonds |
2 green onions, sliced |
2 small celery ribs, chopped |
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
squeeze lemon juice |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken through celery in a bowl. 2. Mix dressing ingredients. 3. Pour over chicken mixture. 4. Toss to coat. 5. Serve! |
