easy and tasty made with packaged cappuccino mix. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat free vanilla ice cream or 1/4 cup coffee ice cream |
1 maxwell house vanilla flavor instant cappuccino mix |
1 cup hot skim milk |
Directions:
1. Place ice cream in a large cup or mug.
2. Prepare Cappuccino as directed on package, substituting hotmilk for the water.
3. Pour over ice cream.
4. Serve immediately.
