darn. tasty. Sure to be a huge hit with all stew lovers. Best thing is it's made in the crock pot so it is super easy to make. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 cups beef broth |
2 carrots, sliced |
6 baby red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered |
1/2 cup flour |
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch squares |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Whisk flour and beef broth together in small bowl. 2. Add everything into crock pot, placing bay leaf on top. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours. 4. Remove bay leaf and serve. |
