This is my grandmother's ( Maw Maw's ) macaroni and cheese, which she has been making ever since I can remember. It's thick and creamy and has a touch of spice! Ingredients:
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained |
1/4 c. pimento, chopped |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 c. velveeta cheese ( 8 oz) |
1/3 c. margarine |
1/4 c. green pepper |
1/2 c. milk |
Directions:
1. Combine macaroni with margarine, pimento, pepper, and soup. 2. Add milk and half of the cheese. 3. Put in baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
