Ingredients:
4 eggs lightly beaten |
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon(s) salt if using unsalted matzo meal |
1 cup(s) matzo meal or ground gluten free crackers |
1/4 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Beat together the eggs and oil (and salt if using). Stir in matzo meal, then the liquid. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 2. Bring soup or water to a boil and drop in one ball at a time. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until tender (20 minutes). |
