Healthy chili alternative with ground turkey. Ingredients:
2 1/2 pound ground turkey |
2 cup chopped onion |
2 clove garlic, miniced |
32 ounce tomatoes, cut up |
16 ounce tomato sauce |
3 teaspoons chili powder |
16 ounce red kidney beans, drained |
1 cup of ketchup |
4 ounces of water |
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic 2. Drain off fat 3. In large pot, add all ingredients, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, and simmer on low for 20 minutes. |
