Matt's Chipotle-Avocado Salsa |

This is my recipe for the salsa I always make for people who come over to visit. Ingredients:
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
2 avocados, coarsely chopped |
2 bunches green onions, coarsely chopped |
1 cup cilantro, minced |
9 tablespoons tabasco chipotle pepper sauce |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
1/8 cup lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE AVOCADOS in a mixing bowl. 2. Stir well and then cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight. 3. Before serving, add your avocados and stir into the mix. 4. Serve. |
