A recipe I remember from my childhood. A light dessert. Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry |
jam |
cream |
icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Cut puff pastry sheet into three strips and then the three strips in half. 2. Bake pastry in a pre-heated oven 180C for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. 3. Let pastry cool. 4. Spread Jam and Cream on pastry and top with another piece of pastry. 5. Sift icing sugar on top. |
