This is a twist on the Margarita and uses Japanese matcha tea for a modern feel. The finely milled green tea brings a touch of Zen to the cocktail ceremony. Ingredients:
1 3/4 fl oz/50 ml calle 23 tequila blanco |
2 tsp orange curaçao |
4 tsp unsalted yuzu juice |
2 tsp maraschino liqueur |
1/4 tsp brewed japanese matcha tea |
ice cubes |
black salt & lemon slices |
Directions:
