Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) matcha |
2 teaspoon(s) hot water |
3-4 whole(s) ice cubes |
1/2 cup(s) cold soy milk |
1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt |
sugar to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large glass or cup, mix the matcha and 2 teaspoons of hot water, and stir briskly until the paste becomes smooth. Add the ice cubes. 2. Combine the yogurt, milk and sugar, and stir until well blended. 3. Pour into the glass and stir well. |
