Matcha Glaze for Matcha Cupcakes Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute (blend until very fine) |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder |
1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk |
1/4 teaspoon almond extract |
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat margarine. 2. Mix in splenda, cornstarch and matcha. 3. Slowly mix in milk, almond extract and vanilla extract. 4. Use additional milk if icing seems too thick. |
